Solar ACDB (415-800V)

Unique Power has introduced a secretion Solar LT Panels in 415v-800V, Now we are doing so many project in solar LT panels , we already completed 50+ solar LT pane 415Vprojects and More than 30+ project in 800V . We supplied 800V panel for –

. 5 MVA Project in Sagar

. 3MVA project in Hydrabad

. 2.5 MVA project Gyanuday Group

. 1MVA project Artha Group

A Solar ACDB (Alternating Current Distribution Box) is a critical component in grid-tied and hybrid solar power systems. Operating in the voltage range of 415V to 800V, this specialized distribution unit is responsible for managing and protecting the AC output from solar inverters before it is fed into the utility grid or load centers.

The primary role of a Solar ACDB is to safely distribute the AC power generated by solar inverters to the main grid or facility. It includes a combination of safety devices and switching components to ensure reliable and efficient power distribution, while also protecting personnel and equipment from electrical hazards.

Purpose of ACDB in Solar Systems

After the solar inverter converts DC power from the solar panels into AC, the ACDB acts as the central hub for:

  • Protecting electrical circuits using MCBs, MCCBs, and surge protection devices (SPDs)

  • Isolating the inverter and other components during faults or maintenance

  • Distributing AC power to various loads or the utility connection point

Applications

  • Commercial Rooftop Solar Systems

  • Industrial Solar Plants

  • Utility-Scale Solar Farms

  • Hybrid and On-Grid Solar Installations

Key Features of a Solar ACDB (415–800V)

  • Voltage Rating: Suitable for medium- to large-scale solar systems, ranging from 415V (typical for 3-phase residential systems) up to 800V (used in large commercial/industrial setups)

  • Surge Protection: Equipped with Type + Type II SPD to protect against grid surges and lightning strikes

  • Circuit Protection: Incorporates MCBs/MCCBs/ACBs for overcurrent protection and system safety

  • Energy Meter Integration: Optional integration for monitoring energy output and system performance

  • High-Quality Enclosure: Typically housed in IP65 or higher-rated enclosures for outdoor and indoor installations, offering resistance to dust, water, and UV exposure
